Description

Dunkin' Donuts has garnered a reputation that varies drastically depending on timing and location. While some patrons rave about the fast service, delectable frozen coffees, and friendly staff, others lament experiences plagued by poor coffee quality and rude service. Reports of burned food and hygiene concerns, such as finding hair in orders, have tarnished its appeal. Despite these glaring negatives, many frequent visitors remain loyal, drawn back by the promise of delicious donuts and convenience. Ultimately, while some locations shine, others seem to struggle under the weight of inconsistency and staff issues.

When you visit the Dunkin' Donuts on Teall, you'll likely find that there's never anyone at the front counter. Instead, all the employees are either at the drive-thru or by the oven chatting about their personal issues, and they don't acknowledge customers at the front counter. However, a very nice manager eventually came and helped us.

We usually stop by this location on Teall Avenue for our daily iced coffees, but we're disappointed to find that it's consistently closed by 8:40pm. Although there appears to be someone inside, the front doors are always locked. This is very inconvenient for us as we enjoy our iced coffees after work.

This restaurant is terrible, the staff is extremely rude! They greet customers by asking, "What do you want?" Orders are always incorrect and I consistently have to request my receipt, to which they respond with an attitude. I am hesitant to return to this location due to the poor service, despite its proximity to my home. I wish they would replace the current staff with new employees who are properly trained. With the right team, this restaurant has the potential to be great.

Cross contamination! Girl had gloves on but she touched the headphones her glasses and her hair then touched the bagel twice in the toaster and out the toaster. Cross Contamination!

Went through the drive thru and this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked them not to put whipped cream in my drink but they did anyway. When I asked for a new one the girl argued that there was no need as she could just “ scrape it off”. Then the young man behind her yelled out to me that I did order whipped cream. When I politely said I did not he yelled at me saying “ yes you did”!! I almost felt scared ! So the girl made a new one basically threw it at me and shut the window .. they should.close this location …
