Had to pull forward and wait for 18 minutes. Fries were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. Sandwich was cold and bbq strips were hot.Ice cream was on point. Staff was super kind and very sweet.We did go back and things are a little better tonight. I think it’s newer staff and a learning process. Lots of new faces. View all feedback.
What Julie Furminger doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Dirty tables, my fiance got the triple cheese burger meal. Only had 2 patties cooked 1. 3piece chicken strip meal , and his cheese curls was set on counter while cooking hamburger. My meal didn't have the texas toast. Only thing that was hot was the gravy. Everything eles cold and old. Never received my hot fudge Sunday that came w/meal. This restaurant is very welcoming and well-maintained. It's one of the best Dairy Queen locations I've been to. It's especially kid-friendly, with a charming playhouse for children to enjoy. I know my grandkids would have a blast here.
Whenever I place an order at this restaurant, there is always something wrong. This time, I ordered a Blizzard with extra pieces but received less than usual. It ended up being more like a milkshake.
My wife and I visited this Dairy Queen to celebrate our anniversary on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a blizzard and my wife got a dilly bar. The employees were disorganized and unsure of what to do. I was disappointed with their behavior and believe some of them should have been fired. It was unacceptable to see employees acting in such a manner. This Dairy Queen falls short of my expectations.
Gave you guys a second chance and now I end up with a **** with no bun.
The service was quick and food was very good and hot!
