But, I was served with friendly faces and helpful staff, getting in line, ordered and received my “Tuna PokeFire” with beef broth and was out the door in 15 minutes!!

One thing I have noticed is the quality and quantity of the food you receive is significantly less and lower if you order online ahead of time. It feels likethey 're trying to short you by giving you less food. Today I ordered a large bowl for pickup and when I picked it up (at exactlythe time I put in the app) it was cold, and the contents of the large bowl could have easily fit into the small bowlcontainer. I remember not even a year ago the quality was much better, I 'm not sure what happened but I 'll probably never do anonline order from here in the future.

I treated my sister, and while I was happy with my meal, she ordered the steak option. I paid extra for more steak in her dish, but was shocked to find only about four small pieces in her bowl. I hope she reported this to management the next day. Normally, I would take pictures, but we were both so hungry that I completely forgot. This is truly unacceptable!

The confirmation said the order would be ready by 1:12, but I ended up waiting over half an hour until 1:35. That took up my entire lunch break, plus an additional 30 minutes to drop it off and return to work. They said they were waiting on the mac and cheese, which honestly, I could have made from scratch faster. I now have to stay late at work to make up for the lost time. It’s frustrating that a place offering quick lunch service didn’t realize they were running low on food. Poor management like this costs customers real time and money. I’m very disappointed to have to work late tonight because of Core’s poor service.
