Citronelle - Syracuse

The menu offered a great variety of interesting options. The dishes we chose were both delicious and expertly prepared. However, the service was somewhat inconsistent, even though the restaurant was quite empty. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent! I would appreciate a more relaxed and professional level of service to match the upscale atmosphere.

I had an excellent experience with the service during a private party. I'm excited about bringing Citronelle's live music to the public! By the way, the chocolate mousse was outstanding!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The bread was plentiful, which was fantastic! The two-cheese plate and the Burrata salad were both incredible. For our main course, we both chose the burger, and it was excellent. Highly recommended! Our server, Aaron, was wonderful as well—he made sure our wine glasses were never empty.

We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal at Citronelle on a recent Saturday evening. Service by Jeremy was attentive, appetizers (calamari, oysters, shrimp cocktail were all amazing! The burrata salad was outstanding and the steaks were succulent and perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this restaurant....and may sit at the bar next time :

I dined here with my family on New Years Eve, because we wanted to try a restaurant that we've never been to. Everything was generally good, the food, service, and ambiance. I ordered a mussels appetizer and the strip steak for my entree, and both were excellent. They also have a great beer, wine, and liquor selection which is an added bonus!
