Our experience was good but there were little things that co... read more It was our first time at Chuck E Cheese (we don't have any where we live) my son was soooo excited! Our experience was good but there were little things that could have been a bit better.Staff was friendly and helpful but at the same time lost on certain things. They didn't know how to do certain things that they had to ask around about it. But it was done just took longer. The mascot was a bit stiff, the kids were super excited.Overall it was a great experience for my son. The place was nice and clean, there were many games to play and my son loved the light up dance floor.

It was quite early 9am to 11am to ensure it was private (they open to the public at 11) I wish there was availability to make it private later in the day. That's the only negative remark I have. The staff were wonderful and the kids had the time of their lives. The pizza was surprisingly delicious. It's been a long time since I've been here but I can say the pizza has come a long way! We ended up ordering more because everyone loved it. The birthday boys had wrist bands to scan to play and picked right up on it (they turned 3 and 4) those and the cards were all unlimited tokens. I'd def recommend birthday parties here privately as you get the most for your buck because you can fully take advantage of the unlimited tokens without having to wait for other parties who are also playing.

Such a fun place for children. we visited a birthday party, and my 4 year old loved it and also wants her party here. the party worker was fantastic. chuke e-Kä... read more Such a fun place for children. we visited a birthday party, and my 4 year old loved it and also wants her party here. the party worker was fantastic. chuke e-Käse is different than I remember, they no longer have the ball pit/limber, but all arcade games and small rides. the games don't spit out the tickets anymore, but it's all tracked on a map. I missed the experience of tickets from the game, but the card is more efficient.

Went back to this location and it was fantastic !! The food was great, the staff were exceptional, so friendly so helpful, and Chucky made his rounds and took a picture with my son, made his day!! Affordable play time for the entire family,clean facility, really yummy pizza I was surprised. 3 stars because it is named Chucky Cheese, he came out for a birthday partyand never even waived to the kids that were not apart of the party. There are signs that state he comes out every hour, we werethere two hours and saw him for 10 min with a private party. I do not understand how he can not bounce around and say hello tothe kids, it is literally part of the experience, or at least it was 20 years ago when I was a kid

We a... read more Chuck E Cheese has really evolved! I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially after our last day at the Fair got rained out, but we decided to give it a try. We arrived right at opening and used a coupon for two hours of unlimited play for the kids. The place was spotless and very modern. Instead of the classic character show, they now have video dance parties on a light-up dance floor—super cool! Only one game was out of order, but the kids hardly noticed. They earned a good number of tickets, or credits on their play cards, and each redeemed them for a few small toys before we left. We didn’t try the menu this time since we had other plans, so I can’t speak to the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our 7 and 3-year-olds. It’s great to see Chuck E Cheese still thriving and appealing to a new generation!
