Auntie Anne's - Syracuse

I absolutely love the pretzel bites—they're incredible! I can't get enough of them. We definitely need more locations because they're just that good. Please, corporate, consider opening restaurants with drive-thrus; I would definitely stop by, and I know many others who would agree!

The restaurant closed 20 minutes earlier than the posted hours. The sign indicates they should be open until 6 PM, but they actually closed at 5:40 PM. It seemed like the staff was preoccupied with their phones, while only one person was cleaning.

The restaurant had a lack of staff, resulting in very long lines. They didn’t have enough products available for sale, and while online ordering seemed like a great option, it didn’t accurately reflect what was actually out of stock.

The gentleman cashier was absolutely miserable when I said what I wanted he proceeded to roll his eyes at me when I asked for a moment as the menu is placed on the opposite side of the register away from immediate view pretzels were cold and obviously old and frozen lemonade was 95% strawberry syrup which to say the least is not in any way good tasting definitely won't waste my money here again

I love stopping last the mall JUST for a pretzel. I always ask for zero salt so I always end up waiting for mine to be made. No problem. It's worth the wait.
