Service was actually higher (a 5)... but the score is for their new hamburger...IT'S DEEP FRIED... and partially precooked... makes the burger LOOK medium-well.... read more Service was actually higher (a 5)... but the score is for their new hamburger...IT'S DEEP FRIED... and partially precooked... makes the burger LOOK medium-well... but the texture is gross. Not a lot of flavor either. I hope they stick to what they know and leave the burgers alone.

They need to do better on cleaning the floors there was a lot of Filth and food debris still on the floor and the countertops weren't clean on the table we were... read more They need to do better on cleaning the floors there was a lot of Filth and food debris still on the floor and the countertops weren't clean on the table we were sitting at and this was late in the evening when we showed up and they weren't busy so theyhad time to do it. The people the staff were very nice but it seemed like their motivation wasn't where it should be and I knowsometimes days get Monday but they're getting paid to maintain the store I just feel they need to do a better job as far ascleaning and appearance.
