I want to start by saying that I have no issues with the food or the staff at Arby's. However, I strongly advise against using their online ordering system. I had previously used it without any problems until April 2nd when I ordered dinner through my iPad. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they had not received it. The employee even asked if I had ordered from another Arby’s on Erie Boulevard, which I wasn’t aware existed. I checked my email on my phone and found that I had not received a confirmation. Unsure, I went home to verify my order on my iPad and found that I had indeed ordered from the correct location and received a confirmation number. When I returned to the restaurant with my iPad, they still couldn’t fulfill my order because it was not in their system, so I ended up having to place and pay for my order again. I had initially used Apple Pay, and while it showed as pending, the cashier mentioned that this issue had occurred for others too, leading me to believe the charge wouldn’t go through since I hadn’t received anything. Later, I discovered that the charge had indeed gone through. I tried reaching out to customer service online twice to explain the situation, but no one ever responded. It seems I’m just out the money. So, if you're thinking about ordering from Arby’s, I recommend going directly to the restaurant instead of ordering online.
We ordered two gyros and a medium fries. One of the gyros was supposed to have no onions and extra tzatziki sauce, but they still included the onions and forgot the tomatoes.
I occasionally enjoy a root beer float, which I really like. However, on October 31, 2022, around 2:15 PM, I decided to choose something healthier and ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich along with the hot loaded fries. The service was as expected, and I received my food before leaving. When I reached my destination and opened the sandwich, I was met with a terrible smell coming from the meat—it was clearly spoiled. Upon closer inspection, I found unidentified items in the sandwich. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t go back to report the issue. Please make sure to check your food before eating. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
I waited 20 minutes only to receive a terrible meal! My fries were raw on the inside and soggy on the outside. The Hawaiian Deluxe fish sandwich was soaked in tartar sauce, had no cheese, wilted and browning lettuce, and the fish filet kept slipping out of the bun. To make matters worse, my sandwich was missing a tomato, and the cheese sauce was watery. This was the worst Arby's experience I've ever had, and it was a complete waste of $40. I want a refund! What a disappointing way to end a long workday!
