I decided to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant next to my hotel and was pleasantly surprised to discover a white linen establishment in a strip mall. The wine, food, and service were all excellent. I would definitely recommend it, but it's not inexpensive.

We dined at Franina for the first time last night. My husband and I ordered the gamberoni oreganata, while my daughter chose the rabbit cacciatore, which she claimed was delicious. We were enjoying our meals until I reached my third shrimp, which was completely mushy. I was taken aback and wondered how this could happen if everything is made to order. However, the real disappointment came when I brought it to their attention. I was only met with an apology from the chef, and no action was taken. A complimentary dessert, even just for the three of us to share, would have been a nice touch.
