The prices have increased, the wait times have lengthened, and my orders are frequently not prepared as I requested. I've come to prefer East Norwich bagels, as they have outshined this restaurant in my view. The prices here have become unreasonable and the service has declined. East Norwich bagels are definitely my top choice now.

It was delicious, though a bit messy, but the bagel had the perfect size and texture. The meal also came with complimentary hot chocolate, which was quite good. I also enjoyed the egg salad on a whole wheat everything bagel; it was tasty as well. Additionally, I had Mike's Philly Fluff Pound Cake, and it was absolutely delicious.
