Bistro Vital - Sylt

Inconspicuously located on the shopping street of westerland, opposite of gosch, the vital hardly notices. at best a small bistro or a small crèperie. on recommendation we were then returned to the cozy location with quite few places, and anna, the patronin who runs the vital together with syltfotograf wolfgang, conjured freshly something on the teller, prepared as by grandmother, whether königsberger klöpse, a carving as one knows from too carving, today with sprouty, fresh leber with sprinklery. there is apparently no iron map as such. you need to know that there is one or other delicious main dishes here. just ask. for everyone, there's something. the service that anna also has is perfect, friendly, easy, attention-taking. you wonder how she can do everything alone if her pendant, as with our visit, is not there and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable

Once you've been here, you always like to come back. Everything's right here. Food, atmosphere....and all always very friendly Easy Top!

We visited almost all on Friedrichstrasse to breakfast, here we found it best. Very friendly and attentive service. Will breakfast again tomorrow. There were eggs and not from the bottle.

Very nice staff and also very pleasant. Conducts the Corona tasks exemplary.
