The lady at the location on Gladstone is rude and provides horrible service. I ordered papa nachos a dish I been getting for years . The fries were cold, the meat was over cooked almost burnt, the serving was small . When I asked for salsa, rabanos, onion and limes she was very stingy and gave me one of each when I had ordered 6 different orders for my family and I . On that day I tried the Horchata drink I bought a big one because it doesn't refill you would have to buy a new drink. I had got the Carne Asada Burrito that was rolled up and I had some chips on the side and the green salsa is probably my favorite salsa. We also God I believe Carmen Asada chips come with all acidic cream, avocado, cheese, it was delicious. I love the seating area it?s so comfortable and so different from other restaurants and also they have daily specialties that vary in food they do not have access to public toilets and I love how they really creative their logos of Mexican lottery!
I like this place very, the cook is excellent, the food is always delicious, the menu item is bomb?
When I am in the opposite, I always order the gordita de asada it?s bomb! full of taste.
Alex is a really kind person and hooked me and my mom up with a free agua fresca! He was very kind and understanding with my mom and the food is great! We paid handsomely for their great service. The only downside is that the front ladies don't speak much English so it's hard to communicate with them, but again that's what you get with an authentic Mexican restaurant!
This place is the best their burritos and tacos are far better than other food stores. They have the best cook and the ladies in front are super. Try Tacos Mi Rincon Tapatio on Hubbard you will be happy!!!
