Terrible! I did an order through GrubHub. I immediately called the restaurant to tell them to hold the sauce on my tempura shrimp. They told me they would take care of it. Then my order arrives and it is loaded with sauce. I call them immediately and told them. They said just tell GrubHub you didn't get your order and you will get a refund. This was not a GrubHub issue. It was the restaurant error. Then she tells me they will remake the order, for me to pay and come pick it up. That was a ridiculous statement! That was the entire reason why I paid for GrubHub to deliver and pay the tip for the entire order. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from this incompetent place!
