Caraiso's Italian Food - Sylmar

Many years ago this place was much smaller and business was not so good until Johnny bought it. Since then they have added more dining area and a bar. The food is great! Service is pretty good, but if it gets busy, you might have to wait a little. The menu has grown over the years. You get a good Italian dish or sandwich, pizza, pasta and a few other plates not always found in an Italian joint. Like grilled salmon and vegetables. My mother says it's the best salmon she ever had. Ask for Gina.
