What a wonderful place to visit. It definitely makes you feel outside of LA. Blues playing the smell of BBQ and Vivian's great smile can attract just about anybody. I not only tried the wonderful ribs but also got to talk to Maria owner who is the sweetest. Over all fabulous food and wonderful home feeling View all feedback.

I was led to this restaurant by the reviews, but unfortunately, the food and drinks fell short. Everything was overly sweet - the coffee, BBQ sauce, and sides. It seemed like everything was processed and lacked flavor. The saving grace was the meat, but even that was drowned in a thick sauce. Eating is absolutely delicious. the tri-tip was made to perfection, the coffee is absolutely the best. the hint of chai it has really there is something unique and great. bruce and vivian are wonderful people, and we do not forget the epic decoration this place! super cool and interesting;! Finally made time to come try this place out. Thanks hood foodie for the recommendation. Let me start by saying as soon as you get near the parking lot you can already smell the deliciousness. I had the tri tip sandwich boy was it loaded. the meat is so lean and cooked to perfection. I also had 3 sides beans,coleslaw, n potato salad. All these sides just go well with the food. Unfortunately I didn't try the ribs,but I will be returning to give them a try. The sandwich was very savory definitely a hit in my opinion.
Just went there today and could not leave a review fast enough. Great customer service, awesome Kool-Aid (Yes Kool-Aid), chill and comfortable eat in and amazing food!! Potato salad and BBQ beans AMAZING! Sammich AMAZING, a little too much Bbq for my liking, but it was still so delicious! Will definitely return for more, and might try the breakfast burritos next ?
It's a small hole in the wall but the food I got was great. The lady taking our order is very nice and full of energy. I like that u smell the food cooking as you enjoy your own food, kinda gets you more hungry. They also make their own brownies and they vary at times. I would definitely come back with more people next time.
Finally, I had the chance to try out this restaurant. Thanks to Hood Foodie for the recommendation. Let me start by saying that I could smell the delicious aroma of eggs as soon as I entered the parking lot. I ordered the loaded three-tip sandwich, and the meat was cooked perfectly and very lean. I also had three sides to go with it - coleslaw and kartoffelsalat, which complemented the sandwich very well. Although I didn't get to try the ribs this time, I will definitely be back to give them a try. Overall, the sandwich was very flavorful and a definite hit in my book.
