Chick-fil-a - Sylacauga

It is very difficult for me to leave a bad review because I work in the food industry and have worked in it since I was 16. I just ate at 6:45-7. The guy who took my order still asked me something else than I gave up my order. No biggie. Didn't ask me if I like any sauces with my order, just told me how much my total amount was. No biggie again. When I came into the window, I asked about Chicfil a sauce and Polynesian. He gives me my drinks, and so there were all cups. No biggie, I asked for a napkin to wipe her. He gives me my food and I ask him if the sauces are in his pocket, he says. I didn't think to check because he said they were. I'm coming home, I don't have the sauces I asked and asked again to make sure they were in there. I didn't ask for a salad on my sandwich, and there's salad on the sandwich. I am a very reasonable person, and I will continue to eat here because these do not affect the many times I have been here.

I always enjoy a great meal here, especially the chicken. The line was long, but it moved quickly. It's always a pleasure dining here.

Chick-fil-A is typically recognized for its efficiency, customer service, and consistency; however, the location in Sylacauga is an exception to this reputation. I have never had a positive experience there.

I decided to give Chick-fil-A a second and then a third chance, but I’m still not impressed. In my opinion, their chicken isn't anything special. The spicy and grilled chicken both tasted quite bland to me. Each time I left, the food I ordered was lukewarm, not hot at all. I just don’t get the hype surrounding Chick-fil-A. Sorry, but I won’t be returning.

The #1 Chicken Sandwich. The driving staff was very polite and helpful. Waiting wasn't long. Food was good and hot.
