The pho is a 2/5: The broth is lacking depth and flavour, the cuts of beef aren 't tender and the noodles are just a bit lack lustre. The rice paper rolls (2/5 are small, they should all come with a peanut buttery Hoi sin dipping sauce with crushed peanuts (like traditional rolls would! but the sauces don 't hit the spot and the filling lacks layers of fresh herbs and fresh proteins. The noodles bun/boon (1/5 lack in flavour and the meats should be juicy, smokey and bursting with flavour but they 're not. The spring rolls are nothing to write home about either.
