The food was excellent, but the service was lacking. We ordered the tasting platter and were not provided with plates to prevent crumbs from falling on the table as we ate. The rib tower also did not come with plates, making it awkward to eat the ribs and sides together. The restaurant was not busy, so it seemed like the server was not paying attention. The food was delicious, but the service felt unorganized. Despit... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lone Star Rib House:
The meal was not worth the money. The tea and coffee served at the end were nearly cold. The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was not what we were hoping for. View all feedback.

Some of the issues we encountered at this restaurant included: mixing up drink orders, not receiving drinks that were ordered, long wait times for food (approximately an hour on Mother's Day), receiving incorrect items (such as burgers with cheese when ordered without), and confusion from inexperienced waitstaff. One waiter even brought dishes to our table without knowing what they were. We also experienced confusion with our children's food orders. Unfortunately, these issues will prevent us from ever returning to this restaurant.

The food was delicious, but the service felt unorganized. Despite this, we will still come back for the great food.
