Crossroads Hotel, a prominent fixture in Western Sydney, showcases a blend of experiences, from exemplary service to significant shortcomings. While many patrons laud the restaurant's clean ambiance, generous portions, and favorable menu options like the panko crumbed schnitzel and calamari, others express frustration over service inefficiencies and food quality. Some diners experienced delays between courses and reported undercooked meals, prompting health concerns. Despite these inconsistencies, the venue remains a popular local gathering spot, especially post-renovation, with a lively atmosphere and a wide array of dining options appealing to families and friends alike.

We had a pleasant dining experience at the recently renovated Crossroads Hotel. The hotel has upgraded its facilities, including a fully equipped bottle shop, VIP lounge, sports bar/TAB, accommodation, bistro, and functional amenities. There are plenty of seating options, both indoors and family-friendly. We visited for a birthday celebration and enjoyed the food so much that we decided to try the bistro. Arriving fo... What User dislikes about Crossroads:
What is wrong with pubs now they charge like they are a restaurant but give you no service. We were at the hotel tonight ordered a entree to be followed by a main course. The main course was ready 4 minutes after we got our entree. Then when we complained the manager agreed with us. When main course came out 10 minutes later it was observerdly kept warm until they thought we were ready. Schnitzel was double dipped as... View all feedback.
We had visited a function in one of their rooms with a buffet style eating package of drinks tab, so I will comment on the basis of their cat food package regarding the food of the steak was so extremely overcooked to the point it smashed as they cut into it, it was close to the unedible the pizzas very dry and blazing, no charcoal from or enough sauce base the bosciola pasta was bland and tasteless. the potato salad was actually fresh and exciting thanks to the filling of fresh dill in the mayonnaise dressing. but if a potato salad is the best dish...read more

There are plenty of seating options, both indoors and family-friendly. We visited for a birthday celebration and enjoyed the food so much that we decided to try the bistro. Arriving for an early dinner, we found many tables already reserved and the restaurant bustling with activity. Unable to decide on a dish, we opted for the paddock tasting plate and ocean harvest tasting plate. Our food was brought to us promptly, and though the portions were not large, they were sufficient for our group. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Crossroads Hotel.
Crossroads Hotel has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant are excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. I have never had a bad meal here and would definitely recommend it. During my last visit, I tried the chili prawn pizza and cheese pizza, while my friends enjoyed the seafood basket. The portions are generous and although it may seem a bit pricey, I can assure you that it is worth every penny.
Eating here was not bad and the service was pretty good. the atmosphere was ok and has a series of seats both inside and outside. the line for the drinks can be quite crazy, so make sure they can order as much as they can to save themselves from coming back together.
Crossroads Hotel is an iconic landmark in Western Sydney pub culture. If you're a Western Sydney local, you know exactly where this pub is, it sits at the intersection of the Hume Hwy and Camden Valley Way in Casula.
