This is... read more My girlfriend and I visited after having craved pho for weeks. We have been looking for somewhere that provides a good ratio of meat to noodles to soup. This is one of the few places that are willing to change their orders to make customers happy. The flavour of the broth was deep and complex, the beef tender and flavoursome and the sides fresh and crisp. The flavour of the broth is no doubt due to the lengthy process used. It also doesn't leave you feeling off like some of the cheaper places do. We will definitely be coming back!
