Contribute FeedbackDespite its reputation, this McDonald's location has become a paradox for diners. While it boasts consistent, high-quality food and friendly service, accessibility is hindered by overcrowding from taxis, often leaving patrons without parking. Cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines are commendable, making it a comfortable spot for families. However, users with dietary restrictions may find limited options. Recent issues, such as malfunctioning coffee machines and frustrating clamping incidents, detract from the overall experience. Ultimately, while the food remains enjoyable, management must address logistical frustrations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Since after I missed my flight, but thankful was met by a friendly face and very nice girl named grace! she stood her and helped us in our order, she showed in any case manageable, communication and approachable skills! I felt very comfortable because not many mcdonald’s are nice to go, but this time we decided to eat there as well as grace her was a brown/blondes hair man in his early 20s, which was also very friendly I think grace deserves recognition for her very kind and approachable skills will definitely come and share my experiences with friends and family was made my day after

Great location as they leave the airport dublin on the left side
Probably the best McDonalds store in Dublin but it's like a car park for taxis so we often waste a journey going there because there will be nowhere to park. It's such a pity and we have made the complaint to management when we've had to go through the drive thru and had nowhere to park to use the bathroom
