Rang multiple time... read more Absolutely terrible service and manners all round. Ordered a takeaway, god forbid we sat inside! Took over two hours for the sushi to arrive. Rang multiple times to get an answer about the location of the food and was hung up on twice. Asked to speak with the manager and my request was refused, I was told I would be compensated with a discount and promised the food would arrive in ten minutes however when the delivery driver arrived she was extremely rude, did not accept the discounted amount and demanded a delivery charge on top of the original price. There was no negotiation, apology or understanding from the delivery driver and she simply marched back to the car with the food and left. Very unprofessional from every person working there, I don’t leave many reviews but this had to be said! I will not be eating here or recommending it to anyone either.
