Always an excellent experience at hotel chocolat. The hot chocolate is always excellent and there’s such a variety to choose from and to try! Especially love our hotel chocolat velvetiser and trying the new flavours that are being brought out!
Delicious chocolate drinks(hot/cold) Ice cream aswell Always loved the ice shake However 2/5 times especially after about 530pm They will say ice cream machine is not working and can't serve Ice Drinks aswell Don't know why that keep on happening Otherwise

They also offer a variety of chocolates for purchase and provide a discount on their popular hot chocolate maker, "The Velvetiser," for loyalty program members.
Great coffee and very reasonable with loyalty card.
Save yourself the trouble and do not eat here, no one on the staff has any idea what's going on, our sandwiches sat behind the bar for 20 minutes with us asking multiple times where the other half of our order was. Chocolate fondue was clearly lacking.
