Arby's - Swissvale

The employees at this restaurant were dishonest about their operating hours, claiming to be closed despite serving other customers at 7:40pm. We drove out of our way to visit this location, only to be disappointed by the lack of service and unwillingness to accommodate. The staff seemed well-staffed but were lazy and unhelpful. This establishment ruined our family outing, as it was the last stop before the skatepark. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not kid-friendly and also discriminates against adults. Additionally, they do not cater to anime fans. The takeout meal we received for dinner was over $100 per person, but the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated as 1 out of 5.

The restaurant closed at 10, but we saw people in the drive-thru line at 7:20. Unfortunately, when we approached, they told us they were closed. The food was rated a 4, while the service and atmosphere both received a 2.

I received poor service from one of the employees when I requested a remake of my wife's item. Although I enjoy Arby's, I will reconsider visiting the Swissvale location in the future. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 5, service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

The new beef sandwich was awful. The meat didn't even look real and tasted terrible. The Lanturn Flys were at the drive through window were infested so much so I was afraid to open my car window. There appears not to be any effort to control them. I stopped by one more time and drove away it was so bad.
