I have been a loyal customer for years, but will NEVER order from here again. Ordered a take away curry, after a few mouthful, I bit into a SHARD OF GLASS. Broke in 2 and luckily it didnt break my tooth or get ingested and cause injury. After an hour of making calls to their resurant, a manager finally rings back and attempts to offer a 50% refund and asks to collect food. Refused this offer and said I wanted minimum full refund as barely ate my dinner and that I would be taking it further. Manager tried to argue the shard matched no utensils in their kitchen. The food doesn't go straight from the kitchen to my table. It is handled by people inbetween and in several environments. There's nothing in my environment that it matches therefore it must of been contaminated in theirs, or on route.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely awful - the meat was undercooked. The staff are rude and arrogant. The quality has declined since last year.
