Excellent service. The gentleman serving us called Jacob was very charming . Food was delicious will definitely return.
Our food was lovely, typical Pizza Hut food. Server seemed fine enough but the service was very very slow, even though the restaurant was relatively empty. The thing that really dampened our visit was at the end of our meal. After FINALLY getting the bill,...we were asked “you can tip on cash or card, which one would you like?” Weren’t even given the OPTION to tip or not. Absolutely disgraceful, we were so uncomfortable. The server held onto the card machine and asked us how much. Weren’t even given the machine!!! We had been to Pizza Hut the week before and were able to use the app to order but we weren’t even given the option, clearly the waiter was just after as many tips as he could get. So so uncomfortable. We love coming here but this has truly ruined our experience and we won’t be returning.
I had a wonderful lunch today. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. Although it wasn't something I would typically choose myself, I would definitely visit this restaurant again. It was clean and accommodating.
The restaurant was not busy, but it took hours to receive our two-course meal. We had to order both courses twice because our original orders were not understood or remembered. In the end, we were served wrong or additional dishes, including a pudding that was intended for another table that had already left. When we pointed out the mistake, the server responded dismissively, saying it was just cheap stuff. I would probably opt for takeout from this Pizza Hut in the future.
My friends and I went to Pizza Hut for a meal. The restaurant was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of staff on duty. However, we were not informed that we could help ourselves to the salad bar and only realized it when we saw other customers doing so. We had to wait for a long time for our table to be cleared and for our desserts to be served, even after I went to the bar to request assistance. Throughout the meal, no staff or manager checked in with us and they all seemed to avoid making eye contact or responding to our attempts to get their attention. Instead, they were seen gossiping and laughing in groups, including the manager. While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing and we do not plan to return.
