I need to share a review. Last night, I mistakenly selected the collection option instead of delivery when I ordered my food. When I called to check on my order, the staff kindly informed me that I had opted for collection and that my meal was ready to be picked up. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time in a while, and I usually find their food to be good. However, this time, the tikka starter was tasteless—it was just plain chicken. The keema naan was like a dense ball of dough with only a little bit of keema inside, which was quite disappointing. Excellent food. Superb service. Large family gathering, all bespoke requests sorted with ease. Food was piping hot and delicious, drinks well priced and the staff are brilliant. Cannot fault this restaurant. Some of the poor reviews here are not for the lalbagh in Swindon, for a start they do not serve beef. So check the positive reviews and book a table ! You won’t be disappointed ! Kid-friendliness: Children welcome but don’t let them run around as tables are head height for little ones, same as any restaurant.
