Holiday Inn Swindon

Took going to the front desk twice to get the tv fixed in the room. Initially they sent in housekeeping to try to fix it, then a gentleman around the front desk came in and reset the channels. Waited roughly 4-5 hours. Beds are a little hard, but I am used to memory foam, so may be good for people used to a conventional mattress. Shower is amazingly hot and perfect with a shower head that actually has pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and very good orange juice. Overall, perfect location for us and easy to get to from London via coach. Rooms: Little small, but efficient for needs. Walkability: Easy to get to from coach, restaurant/pub nearby, and convenient mart in walking distance. Food drinks: Room service available, breakfast with juices and coffee.

Nice hotel, but we found general areas and breakfast area cold, which made the food cold. Room, pool etc were fab. Staff were helpful and very friendly. A 9/10 from me. Lost a star because of the cold areas. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
