The tablets took out a human and customer service aspect completely... While the food was nice the black beans were still hard and ruined the meal for me... Really nice drink and the flavours of the food were good but I won't be eating from here again unfortunately it lacked the human touch and I'm not willing to get sick from raw beans... I just ordered my lunch here. I waited about 30 minutes as the order got lost on the system (need to probably check that out) as I got my food the order was completely wrong but I was hungry and didn’t want to waste more time sending it back, I took a bite and realised the chicken wasn’t cooked! We ordered a chicken quesadilla, we got a vegetarian one. When we complained about it, the staff just told us that it was like that in the order. Ordered a veggie burrito and a pulled pork one. the veggie burrito had MEAT in it mostly at the very bottom of the burrito. my partner, who has been a vegetarian for YEARS, started eating it as it was supposed to be veggie then noticed the meat inside half way through. Also no dip for the churros we ordered. Only got a measly refund of £6. Very disappointed and not acceptable. Service: Delivery
