Fantastic service and great food, will definitely be coming again. I had the hellfire burger, it really lives up to the name. Had to wait a bit but was worth it. View all feedback.
What DeerPark444 doesn't like about Burger Priest:
My family and I went to this burger joint (now rebranded The Confessional) for lunch today. Being a vegetarian for 29 years, I ordered a mushroom halloumi burger and my daughter ordered a chicken burger. The idiotic server brought the order unlabelled and in the wrong order, leading to me eating three bites of CHICKEN before realising it wasn’t grilled halloumi. In simple terms, I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite wanting specific menu items like the Bishop's Smokehouse Burger, Pulled Pork Hot Dog, and Hellfire Burger, none of them were available. I ended up settling for the 10 Chicken Wings with BBQ sauce, which were okay but nothing special. The chips were good and the loaded chips looked appetizing. The staff seemed disorganized and we had to wait a long time for our food, possibly due to the small kitchen and lack of staff. I was also unimpressed that the drinks were served lukewarm. Overall, I believe this place has potential but would function better as a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast food joint. In my opinion, it falls somewhere in between for quality and service.
I waited 30 min for a burger that was cold and raw on the inside. Chips were good hence the 1 star.
The food at this restaurant is better than average, with generous portions. However, there may be some concerns about hygiene, as the person handling money is also preparing food. Nonetheless, sometimes we crave a deliciously indulgent meal regardless. The prices are below average, making it a great value. The poutines are particularly outstanding, while the burgers are decent and the milkshakes are average.
