We visited this restaurant again after having a positive experience previously, and this time our expectations were surpassed. The food selection and quality were excellent, and the staff, led by the new manager Jason, provided amazing service, especially with our 4-year-old. The friendly atmosphere at the Hilton, where the restaurant is located, is always comfortable and relaxing, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding 14Twelve restaurant. We will definitely be returning, and would recommend dining here even if you are not a guest at the hotel.

I had a pleasant surprise at this restaurant. I made a reservation for Sunday lunch after reading a few reviews, but I didn't have high expectations. The online menu was brief but offered both fish and vegetarian options. We were welcomed warmly and received attentive service throughout our meal. The empty restaurant may have contributed to the level of service, but I believe it is standard. The price included three courses, with fantastic starters that had a lot of choices and were very fresh. The main course options were beef, pork, salmon, or a vegetarian option, all served with traditional trimmings. As a vegetable enthusiast, I was pleased with the perfectly cooked vegetables. The desserts were delicious, with options for hot, cold, or a cheese board. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, as it is easy to find, offers plenty of parking, has pleasant surroundings, and a wonderful staff.

Located in the Hilton, this restaurant has a very polite, helpful, and friendly staff. We visited in the evening and ordered starters and main dishes, all of which were delicious. I opted for the vegetarian options, while my friend chose a burger. The service was good and the prices were reasonable.

We made a reservation for a table for 5 at 7pm on a Friday evening, but were disappointed to find that our table was located in a hallway just outside the restaurant entrance. When we asked about this, a staff member explained that a large party was taking up all the space inside the restaurant. Throughout our meal, there was a continuous stream of diners passing by our table, which was not the ideal dining experience we had in mind. The service was slow due to the shortage of staff, but the food was delicious and served hot. We were informed that the steak and scallops were unavailable, and the soup was supposed to be Cream of Mushroom but was actually Tomato. After we finished our meal, we sat on the terrace where we waited 20 minutes for drinks to be served, despite the bar being empty. Despite the issues we encountered, the waiting staff were friendly and the cost of the meal was fair.
