The food was excellent. The restaurant is All American Quaint. The service was a bit slow, but the delay allowed a person to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as to gaze out the window on the rolling Montana plains. Klair our server was absolutely delightful, a warm, friendly, charming personality. If you depart Glacier NP in St. Mary, I would make this my meal stop. View all feedback. The place is quaint and homey with a lot of history to it but the food is mediocre at best. Menu offerings are a bit strange with sides that seem inappropriate to the entree. My trout, greasy and overcooked, came with a baked (petrified) potato and a very dry cole slaw.
