Rude staff that argues with people and then throws a temper tantrum by hitting wallsCustomer service was called at head office in Alberta.

The lady who helped me knew about contamination and she was very careful. She knew that the gluten free bun needed toasted. The issue was that it was not toasted nearly enough so then it’s like eating a crumbly piece of Cardboard. I’ve eaten here before and have had better luck. Next time I’ll make darn sure to tell them to toast it long enough.

The Subway sandwiches at this establishment are delicious. I have tried several of their sandwiches and really like them. The restaurant is located just west of the motel, about one block away.

Subway is a great place to go and order out or stay in for a lunch that you created yourself. Great for travellors!

I recently visited a Subway location with my family. The young man working the register seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Our bill was $10 higher than usual compared to when we visit the Subway in Weyburn and order the same items. When I pointed this out to him and suggested he review the bill, he showed no interest in doing so. Upon quickly examining the bill, I noticed that they had tried to charge me for cookies with the kids' meals, even though they were out of apples and the cookies should have been included. When I explained this to the boy, he simply shrugged and said he would have to ask someone. To make matters worse, I realized they had charged me for 12 subs instead of the 6 I had actually ordered. In a rush to get back on the road, I chose not to go back inside and deal with the incompetent staff. It was frustrating to see that the customers seemed to know more about the menu than the employees. Additionally, the water that is advertised as included in the kids' pack was being presented as an upsell. I hope the manager or owner reads this review and considers retraining their employees.
