I received th... read more I placed an online order to pick up three hours later. After my boyfriend drove home for half an hour from work, we found my order was incomplete. I received three phone calls insisting nothing was missing. As someone who works in customer service, I believe the customer is always right. I wouldn't have called to complain if my order had been correct. I requested a refund but was instead harassed multiple times and told I should have grabbed my own drink, even though more items were missing. This will be my first and last order from this location. I simply wanted what I paid for. I found it very rude that they kept calling to insist the manager confirmed my order was complete when it clearly was not. I'm very disappointed with the service and management.
