Cold Day and was in need of a quick warm up before heading home, kids quickly asked for some hot chocolate from McDonalds; usually good choice, but not the fact... read more Cold Day and was in need of a quick warm up before heading home, kids quickly asked for some hot chocolate from McDonalds; usually good choice, but not the fact today! Started with multiple "gaps" in communication when ordering at the drive through screen, then was asked to pull aside ; (not usually a big deal) three other vehicles were asked the same thing, all other vehicles were served promptly; we waited for 10minutes in total for only 4 beverages, but to finally top it off the hot chocolates were GROSS, maybe their machine is not working properly, but there was no flavour (we ordered it with 2%, so expectation of creamy chocolate) it was brown "water" to be honest , the bottom of the cups were filled with mix powder, but very chalky! McDonald's will not be our next hot chocolate vendor choice in the future!

Then proceeded to slam his finger on the screen. I went so far as to ask him if there was something I did to upset him. I saw the manager in the restaurant so told him and he seemed receptive but more concerned with getting me out the door too. Don't go.

Told the staff (Elisa) that I only got one, instead of apologizing she yelled at me saying I only ordered for 1. She can fix it but declined to do so. Terrible customer service. Yesterday, I experienced the same rude behavior from her again. Please treat your customers nicely. Her rudeness is very unacceptable.

We stopped on our way through town, as most people do. The washrooms were disgustingly dirty. Plus the women’s washroom is tiny. A sign on the door suggests 1 person go in at a time to ensure social distancing. This wasn’t happening. And the tiny washroom had a high powered hand dryer. So whatever germs/viruses were there got blasted around. Long lineups for food. Tables were not being cleaned in between customers. Overall, it was quite overwhelming and not the least bit enjoyable. We will stop elsewhere next time we drive through Swift.

How ever when you ask for a burger with nothing but ketchup there is nothing taken off your price for no condiments ..more tin cup therory ... So I asked if I requested the kitchen to put Mayo on my egg mcmuffin would there be a charge . The Manager says yes ...I ask why ? He says because the OWNER tells them they have to ! When you sacrifice customer service or a nickel if you have a big issue... I'd hate to be a child growing up in that Home ..

This location is just off the #1 highway so we stopped to grab something quick to eat and continue driving. We went inside and placed my order to go at the kiosk for 2 double cheeseburger meals (one plain 1 no pickles. . Place wasn't very busy when we arrived shortly after 7pm. We got back on the road and started eating and I opened the wrapper and smelt onions....I opened up my burger and in the middle of the 2 patties stuck in all the cheese was a ton of onions! tried calling the restaurant twice with no answer. Obviously not going back to that location since we aren't from Sask. Disappointed.
