The preparation of the desserts here is exactly as it should be. I ordered the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard. They made it correctly and it tasted good. The service was very good. View all feedback.
What Trevor W doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
This is not your typical DQ, poor food, poor service and owners who don't care about the customer. Even if they have a poster on the window offering a deal they quite often won't honor the sale. Avoid like the plague. View all feedback.
We ordered large rotisserie basket, poorly presented, soggy fries and 8 pieces of chicken. Rotisserie chicken salad, small and limp. Cost $27. Just teatime my estimates of fast food. Expensive and poor quality but decided due to Covid exposure to drive through. Disappointed. We also waited quite long to order and to receive order.
The inside of the restaurant is exceptional. Food good ice cream great, but my heart sank when I saw an elderly lady with a walker trying to enter the restaurant.

You could probably milk your own cow and make your own ice cream by the time they get your order ready but it's ALWAYS worth it. Ice cream is delicious and always a good variety. Poutine is spot on
We were in town overnight and decided on blizzards for a treat. We left our hotel and put the address in maps as we aren’t from here. Upon starting our drive the navigation system said we had already arrived. We looked all around and there was no Dairy Queen in sight. We drove around for a bit while still trying to find something online. We decided to call the phone rang and rang finally someone answered “hello” ... confused I asked “is this Dairy Queen?” ... yes, yes it was who answers a business phone “hello”?! We got directions and sure enough it was across the highway from our hotel but we couldn’t see it because all the lights were out ... ALL OF THEM ... except an open sign in the window so we go through the drive through at 820 pm and confirm they are open until 1030 ... are you aware all your lights are out??? No wonder this place has horrible ratings and probably makes no money ... I don’t think any one cares about this place .. we figure they are trying to save on the power bill ... how do they even manage to keep the franchise name ?! Service was slow, blizzards were questionable and expensive $30 for 4 mediums??? Seems excessive. If you go on Facebook and see the reviews they are horrible there too ... except for the odd perfect score which is obviously the owners and all their family. Avoid this place like the plague!
