The only reason you never got an excellent was the attitude of the kid at the register. If we even asked anything he would look at us as if we were from Mars. Now I know its had to find staff now a days but you do not need someone like that at your front counter. We will definitely stop again, and hopefully he has moved on by then.

If I were treated this way on a daily basis, maybe I would see life through the same pane as them. For I was handled in a disgraceful matter. If even I asked my enemy for a glass of water, would he not give it to me? How much more ought an alleged servant? Furthermore my cutlery seemed to be a burden too great to carry. Could I not ask for a kindly and polite tone and manner from a professional in the business of hospitality? The answer is no. These things were too much to ask, and I was treated as a common serf, and one beneath the class of dogs. (These very dogs I expected to see sniffing around under the table, for the place was most unclean.

We ordered appetizers first, kids had pizza and my wife and I ordered the chicken and mushroom fettuccini to share. First they brought out the meals and then the appetizers. But we brushed that off. The fettuccine came ice cold! My wife had bitten into a frozen mushroom piece and her appetite was gone after that. I tried it as well and the chicken was just as frozen. My wife asked for the food to be warmed up a bit. They brought it back warmer after what seemed like ages, but the Alfredo sauce tasted sour after having been warmed up. We figured that as hungry as we were, anything would taste good. But this experience proved us very wrong. Don’t recommend going here.

This was my first visit to this location I’m probably 20 years, and what a trip down memory lane… it hasn’t changed a bit. Same decor, same artwork, same layout. I don’t think it’s been updated since the early 2000’s.Good: We were promptly greeted given a quiet booth. Our order drinks came quite quickly.Bad: Every other BPs is a great place to watch the game. This one (restaurant side), the screens were small, bad picture and not even high def.Food: The French onion soup was very below standard. The serving was really small, and certainly not worth nearly $10. There was only a minimal amount of finely grated cheese. French onion soup is supposed to be very cheesy, and this was not at all, certainly not worth the price.Chicken tenders combo was good sized, but the sweet potato fries were slightly overdone.I also had coffee which was only refilled once, after the server walked past us at least 5 times.No dessert was offered. And when it came time for the bill, we received the wrong one. When we notified the server of the tip, she brought us the correct one… with a 50% manager’s discount (very appreciated). To show our appreciation, we left a 15% tip.Overall it was an okay experience. I’ve had much, much better at other locations.

During the entire meal, no one checked in to see if our food was satisfactory or if we needed anything. After we finished eating, it took more than 10 minutes to get someone to assist us with the bill. The restaurant didn't appear to be particularly busy, so this level of service is unacceptable.

The Jambalaya was delicious, and as always, I have enough left over for another meal tomorrow. My husband said his burger was one of the best he’s had in a long time, and it was cooked to perfection! As always, the Brutes were excellent too. The hospitality staff was friendly and efficient, and our server, Amanda, was both helpful and welcoming. We have no complaints about our overall dining experience—only praise!
