Very poor. Left without getting food. Cashier didn 't know how to allow me to bypass using my pin for card. Told me I don 't know, I ain 't got no carx. No attewas made to ask a fellow employee. He just stood there and looked at me. View all feedback.
Hot ham cheese was so good HOT. My favorite sandwich for lunch.
We only love the hand-baked chickens tender.no makes it better...big service and always fresh hot food
NEVER order evenings !!! Çhicken tenders ice cold, pink, and raw. Could not eat them. Burger had completely RAW bacon. Meat was ice cold. Cheese was rubbery and cold. Could not even chew the Onions rings. Fries were cold as well. Been here 2 times and had to take food back. This was my 3rd and LAST TRY! Manager argued the food was prepared properly and basically calling me a liar. I'm CALLING CORPORATE and they will never get my business again!
If at all possible I would rate in the minus range. The place is filthy. I come about once a week for breakfast arriving around six thirty. I see the same smudges on the windows for weeks. There is black crud around the table posts, along the wall, under and behind the garbage bins, (I moved one to check). Order counter and items there are dusty and splattered with whatever. Napkin holders are splattered with whatever. Chairs are nasty. The fountain area is almost never cleaned. I don't recommend getting anything with eggs on it. The eggs are usually swimming in grease. Breakfast sandwiches are messy Lunch and dinner selections are fine. The dining room is very often kept cold, no matter what time of year. And I mean cold. I've contacted corporate about this a couple of times. Improvements are made for a short while, then it all reverts. Don't think anyone cares. 2-24-18....update. (I'm not rating food or service, enough people do that). Once again I walk around the dining area shaking my head. For awhile after my first review things were getting better and I was hopeful. However, the place is quickly returning to old ways, some of which is mentioned above (the list is not complete). I'm not going to tell you how bad things are, I'm simply going to say DON'T COME HERE!! It's obvious that offering a comfortable, clean place for folks to come is not cared about by local, regional nor corporate management. How this place received a 97 on the last health safety inspection is beyond me. The pictures I posted were taken on 5-5-18, about 7:30 AM. The store opens at 5. 10-28-18. Ok, I'm upgrading my review to two stars. There is some improvement and they seem to be staying on top of keeping things cleaner. Now if they could just do something about the chair backs......
Very disappointing experience. I ended up leaving without receiving any food. The cashier was unable to help me bypass the PIN for my card. When I asked for assistance, he simply replied that he didn't know and didn't make any effort to ask a coworker for help. He just stood there staring at me.
