Bigg's Pizza And Grill - Sweetwater

Ordered a medium hand toss and we got a thin crust this is the second time this has happen Very disappointing ??

We had a party of 7 celebrating a birthday. The service was outstanding! Everyone was impressed with the food! Definitely will be back! Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was awesome. Bread sticks were excellent also.

I bet the pizza is great! Seen lots of people come threw for that. I had a hamburger.

As we were traveling thru Sweetwater on a Sunday afternoon we stopped to eat at Biggs Pizza. Unfortunately it took 1 1/2 hours after we placed our order to ask the waitress about our food. All she could say was it was next over and over again. Two hours later we finally got our pizza and it was the wrong crust we ordered. Frustrated and hungry we then ordered a plate of spaghetti, the waitress responded “she would have to think about placing the order “. She then proceeded to tell us she had to clean up tables prior to ordering our food. Not a good experience or a place to eat if you’re traveling thru Sweetwater.

Have ordered online here a couple times and the order was ready promptly and correct. Love their thin crust!
