Good food was not disappointed. Customer service was not good at all. Was greeted very rudely and she was not friendly. Customer service plays a huge part in the meal. Even though the food was great we likely won’t be back. View all feedback.
What Christa Hell doesn't like about Cedar Shack Drive In:
Once apon a time this was a 5 star burger joint with the best burgers around! We use to go here often after camping trips, hunting trips and just about any excuse we could come up with. That being said I wish it could still be this way. Now the staff seems unimpressed with even having paying customers. The owner, who made my last meal there couldnteven crack us a smile and the food was unimpressive and disheartening.... View all feedback.
Do not waste your money here. All of the food tastes sour. The fries taste like the potatoes haven't been washed. 0/10 I will not be back.

Got there bag of burgers and frysWas pretty good and was hot
Cedar Shack has been a family favorite for many years. A little quirky, but fantastic burgers. Covid restrictions are lifted, but they are still doing outdoor seating only with orders being placed through their front window. Or you can call in. Cash only. Service was quick but speak up if you are at the window as highway 20 traffic can make it hard to hear you. I ordered my food at the window, then sat at their picnic bench under their apple trees to wait and later to eat. A very nice little set up for lunch on a hot day.Fries are tasty but could have sat a bit longer in the fryer. Kind of in between Shoestring and Steak fries, with a little bit of potato skin still on them. DeliciousHad the spotted owl burger, Cedar Shack 's famous giant burger named after the infamous impediment to Oregon 's timber Industry. Great stuff. Their special sauce is fantastic, hitting right blend of mayo and ketchup. They load it up with decent veggies. They do use sweet pickles, which aren 't my favorite, but they work well with the other veggies for a sweet and fresh burger. Their meat is cooked expertly on a flatop with just a hint of seasoning from the grill, so you 'll be able to enjoy it whether you prefer built up flavor from the grill or the just the meat taste of a grill scrubbed down often.Definitely a stop worth making on your lake day or as you pass through Sweet Home on Highway 20. It 's a quintessential small town burger joint that can hold its own with any in Oregon. #theGreatOregonBurgerBucketList #GOBBL
Been eating these burgers for decades. Don't see why I should stop
