Kroger Bakery - Swartz Creek

I have shopped at this Kroger for years. To say that this store is on the decline is an understatement. RUDE RUDE RUDE employees. The pharmacy in particular. I went to pick up a prescription for my husband last Saturday only to be shouted and screamed at by not one, but two employees to stand far, far away from the counter. I'm not mentally handicapped and they should have a sign POSTED and not be yelling at their customers. I was 6 feet away. Not a good look, Kroger Swartz Creek manager. We've switched all of prescriptions over to Rite Aid and I will not step foot in a Kroger ever again. What b.s. You'd think with all of the money that Kroger spent to acquire Albertson's that they would be updating the stores. But, alas no, they are just content in price-gouging their clientele. Oh and by the way. If I am spending over $300 on groceries I DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO BAG THEM MYSELF.

I have shopped in this Kroger for years but the attitude and rudeness of the employees has gotten to the point that I avoid this place. Before we would spend $250 weekly on groceries here. Now we spend less than $100 per month here.

Watch you receipts and make sure you read the buy 5 get 5 off. they have other sales that don't count forth buy 5 but you might think they do. so in the end you don't get your 5 off.

The pharmacy constantly has a long line and they take about 15-20 mins per person waiting.
