Great location, employees doing their best also we have to understand they're not get paid a lot.
Besides being dingy... And needing a good cleaning.. And new furniture. The staff is extremely Slow... The frozen cases are over full... The ice cream case was worrisome... Maybe new management... Better management... But it's a no for me. Won't be goingback. Tried twice. Both times never was served after waiting five minutes because the staff is Idk... Slow... New maybe...Unorganized... Idk... But its a mess
Ordered my coffee When it was ready she came out And slammed it on the counter I don't know why she was mad I ordered it on the app so I never talked to her yet I approached the counter and explained that she gave me a medium and that my ticket said largeShe gives me an attitude and says let me see Then grabs the cup goes over makes a new one This time without adding my expressorshot that was on the ticket Even though it costs an extra $2 Then slams it on the counter again And walks away without saying aword
The staff is extremely slow and when they finally did finish my order, they didn?t notify me. go to hobbs across the street.
If I could give no stars, I certainly would. My experience this morning on February 22, 2024, was horrific, and I feel traumatized! An older woman was preparing my hashbrowns and then proceeded to scoop up a handful with her bare hands. She started counting them out as if she were counting loose change. I will NEVER return to this place! I urge everyone to stay away!
