What User doesn't like about Subway:
The service at this restaurant is slow and inefficient. Despite having three employees, they seem to move slower than the downtown location with only one worker. Customers are left waiting as employees walk around without assisting the person who is making sandwiches and running the register. This lack of teamwork is not only bad for business but also rude. The prices at this restaurant are 20% higher than other nearby subway shops. The quality of the sandwiches is slightly below average. I will not be returning here due to the high prices.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for a takeout lunch. The price per person was very affordable, between $1-10. The food was excellent, receiving a top rating of 5. The service was also exceptional, as was the atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the BLT sandwich.
The online ordering experience at this restaurant is consistently disappointing. The location often fails to include ingredients that were paid for, such as avocado or double meat. One employee mentioned that the manager is rarely present, which could explain why the staff doesn't pay attention to online order details. It's best to avoid ordering online or through the app at this location, as you may not receive what you paid for. Meal type: Lunch.
It's a Subway!! Always more clean than the Main St. location
I am leaving 1 star for 1 reason only. The manager Devin Menard. Watching him berate his staff in front of me, to the point of watching them shake while making my sandwich. I only waited about 20 seconds before being helped. One gentleman started my order the other was checking on bread in the oven. The manager came out of nowhere (from the store somewhere, not from the back of the subway or the bathroom). He then grabbed a metal pole and hit the bread with it and immediately started to berate the young man who was checking on it. Right in front of me, he then asked the young man to go to the back room. Bashing on him more. All the while I can hear everything. The only reason I will EVER return to this location is to support the AMAZING young men that helped me. Thank you SO MUCH Daniel and Jared. You both deserve SO much more than the manager you got. I will be checking in to ensure no retaliation is put on these young men. Look at my Google profile, I NEVER leave bad reviews. However something had to be said here and I couldn't let it go without someone knowing. Do better Subway!
