By far my favorite dunkins. Customer service is amazing

This dunkin is extremely hit or miss. Some staff are speedy and respectful, while others are slow, incompetent, and rude. The attitude of the woman working the drive-thru was ridiculous. No one is forcing you to work at Dunkin.

Don?t come to this store if you expect your drinks to be made right. I usually get someone else?s mobile order or someone else?s coffee when I come here and have to go back through to get it remade. Tonight I?m posting a review because 2 of the 3 drinks Iordered came out wrong, and when asked to remake the drinks they were slamming supplies around in frustration and as I left theystarted screaming about having to remake the drinks. If you?re into gambling, here is your place :

I waited in line at the drive-thru for 15 minutes before ordering my coffee. When I received my drink, it was made incorrectly and there was no way to go inside to get it fixed. I managed to get the attention of an employee at the back door, who told me I had to go back through the drive-thru to get a new drink. I explained that I didn't want to wait in line again due to the long wait times. The employee, Brandy, kindly made me a new drink without having to go through the drive-thru again. Overall, the experience was hit or miss with getting the drinks right, as mentioned in other reviews. Thank you, Brandy, for your help.

The restaurant is always closed, with terrible service that never gets the order right.
