However, there are consistent reports of slow, disorganized online order fulfillment and occasional poor communication, leading to frustration. Some patrons experienced incorrect or cold orders and unhelpful interactions, particularly noting a recurring issue with one staff member’s rudeness. Despite these challenges, loyal customers appreciate the team's efforts, especially during difficult times like the pandemic.

The upgrade to the interior is great. Our server did a great job. The rotisserie chicken with garlic aioli sauce was fantastic.Vegetarian options: You don't have to have a meat sandwich. The vegetarian options are very good. Any sandwich can be made into a salad.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to park at also handicap parking is available.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are designed so that it will fit comfortably. The restrooms are handicapped accessible as well.Dietary restrictions: There are many different options for sandwiches. But if you're allergic to something they will do their best to ensure that that that product doesn't end up on your sandwich.
We ordered online from the parking lot to see how service would be. After our order was accepted, we waited the 20 minutes it said it would take until our food was ready. The app said our food was ready. We went in and it hadnt been started yet.We had watched as 12 other people went in and ordered at the counter and left with their food. And ours hadnt even started yet. This Subway doesnt care about online orders...so dont go here.
I have consistently encountered rude behavior from a particular woman at this restaurant. She never greets customers when they enter. Today, my boyfriend went in and, since he has hearing aids, he couldn't hear her the first time she spoke. Instead of repeating herself, she just remained unhelpful. I've had problems with her in the past, and I believe she might be one of the managers, although she never wears a name tag. I don't know her name, but she is an older lady with brown hair and brown eyes.
