After our order was accepted, we waited the 20 minutes it said it would take until our food was ready. The app said our food was ready. We went in and it hadnt been started yet.We had watched as 12 other people went in and ordered at the counter and left with their food.And ours hadnt even started yet.This Subway doesnt care about online orders...so dont go here.

Today, my boyfriend went i... read more I have consistently encountered rude behavior from a particular woman at this restaurant. She never greets customers when they enter. Today, my boyfriend went in and, since he has hearing aids, he couldn't hear her the first time she spoke. Instead of repeating herself, she just remained unhelpful. I've had problems with her in the past, and I believe she might be one of the managers, although she never wears a name tag. I don't know her name, but she is an older lady with brown hair and brown eyes.
