What Bikram Ojha dislikes about Dunkin':
I really appreciate the app, but given the current Covid situation, they need to find a way for app users to pick up their orders without having to go through the drive-thru, especially since walk-ins aren't an option anymore. Any time you save by using the app is quickly lost if you end up waiting in a drive-thru line. View all feedback.
