Any time saved by using the app is often wasted waiting in the drive-thru line.

I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up, but they told me I had to use the drive-thru instead, even though the store was empty. I then had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru because they refused to spend a few seconds serving me inside.
