I love, love, love, the people their they are so sweet and know my order as soon as I get to the intercom. I think the manager Matt has grown so much and I enjoy go inin the morning but I don't enjoy the night ppl so much they are young and still learning we need to give them time the are still learning. We arrived at the restaurant intending to enjoy a meal, but were met with some confusion. They had a sign indicating an early closing time of 5 PM for Easter, but there was no information stating that the dining room would close at 4 PM. Fast service! Just be nice to the employees and you’ll get a good service!
I don’t usually have a problem ordering here. But today I ordered 6 donuts, it was all put in one bag! She only gave 5 instead of 6, had to asked for the 6th donut. Thats why always asked for your receipt and double check your order. Limited dining and parking. No “Hi”, “Hello” or “ what can I get for you?”. Not even a smile. Staff could use some cheering and some holiday spirit! Lots of visitors coming from the North stopping by here. We should be more cheerful regardless if it’s busy or not. Customer service is key! ?
We just left this Dunkin’ Donuts and what a disappointment!!!! The girl who took our order at drive thru spoke with no enthusiasm, she was just miserable. After getting our order, she gives us 2 napkins. I said to her this won’t be enough we’re 4 in the car (the 2 others being kids). She said she’s only allowed to give two, nothing more. I told her it’s unacceptable for the amount of items we ordered plus the number of people in the car. She begrudgingly gave 2 more napkins. This place is pitiful to the say the least.
As I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru line here at the swanton Dunkin donuts the average time a person takes to sit at the window at this Dunkin donuts is 7 minutes so I've been sitting in this line in Dunkin donuts drive thru for 25 minutes. Seems a little ridiculous that it almost takes 10 minutes to get someone's order out. Yes it's busy but it's called fast food and it's just not fast here. I've been here a few times before and it's always the same.
Not the greatest coffee and they never had munchkins. We went to 3 Dunkins.
