The Range Fish Chip Shop - Swansea

Once again, an item was missing from our order, leaving one of us with only chips. The last time this happened, we were promised a free replacement on our next order, so we did not receive a refund. When we called this evening to address the issue, we encountered some attitude from the restaurant staff. They initially claimed that the missing item was not on the order, then shifted blame to the call handler, and finally suggested we request a refund instead of receiving the missing item.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would. It is baffling to me how a chip shop can fail to cook chips properly (at all).

The restaurant's quality has improved since changing ownership. The food in May 2023 is much better now!

Food did not get delivered even though the app says it has, and have been ringing The Range chip shop constantly to complain but no one has answered. could see on the app that driver was driving up and down my road for over 20 minutes and he didn't even ring to ask for instructions to get to my flat. I only hope I can get my money refunded!!! I have to give 1 star as it doesn't allow. you to put no starsyou
