Great service in this cosy little coffee shop. Delicious coffee, and some amazing cakes. The panini sandwiches are also lovely but what let them down a bit is the bacon sandwiches served at breakfast time. The bacon itself was lovely, but at this sort of price point the sandwich should be on good quality freshly baked bread the one I had was on what looked and tasted like a regular 'sandwich ' loaf from a supermarket... What LynetteBobGarvey doesn't like about The One Shoe:
decent lunchtime food and lush cakes . however prices keep rising above inflation rate and feel the veggie priced food subsidises the meat as same price despite obviously lower expense of ingredients !! View all feedback.
Let's cut to the chase... we're all tired of overpriced and overhyped breakfasts served in a skillet by pretentious baristas. This restaurant is a gem that has been thriving for over 13 years. The food is delicious and affordable, always hitting the mark. The coffee is perfect and served quickly and efficiently. Don't pass up a visit to this place.
After visiting on a few occasions recently I felt I’ve had to leave a review on how great this place is, the panini‘s are full of fresh ingredients and always perfectly cooked and the cakes are incredible. always a friendly welcome it’s a must try
You must try the most incredible brownies you'll ever taste at this restaurant! The staff is always friendly and the place is consistently clean. It's a must-visit!
Great cafe with good coffee. I also like their sandwiches. The have amazing panini with fresh ingredients. I will definitely keep coming back.
No matter what you buy, it's always a bite of delight. Seasoning is absolutely on point, and the choice and ratios of ingredients . . . perfect. I'd have to recommend the Loco or Roma paninis, or the Boston Baguette. Small premises, huge presence, and some of the friendliest staff best customer service I've ever come across. This Café somehow hit every nail on the head with one hammer swing. That was just the sandwich review. Picking up a brownie is a dangerous game, you won't be able to stop. And, as an addendum, the coffee is excellent.
