The restaurant offers a nice selection of cakes and coffee, and the toasties looked amazing. It was quite crowded on the day I visited, likely due to the bad weather. They also allow dogs, which is a nice touch. View all feedback.

The restaurant was not particularly busy, with only a few people in front of us, but they also had to wait a long time for their coffees. Two young girls seemed indifferent to the queue and the long wait times. Despite enjoying a nice walk along the coastal path, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I visited the café after leaving the beach and stopped to get an ice cream for my young son and two drinks. I walked into the café with my t-shirt covering my mouth and nose since I had forgotten my mask. However, I was informed that they would not serve me even though I had covered my face with my shirt. This seemed absolutely ridiculous to me. The restroom was very unsanitary, with a strong odor. There was no toilet paper or soap available. It was ironic that they were concerned about me covering half my face with my t-shirt instead of wearing a mask.
Good little cafe on a small beach. Beach is sheltered, sandy, rock pools and joins up with Langdale when the tides out. Monster Ice Cream's were a bonus.

I just love this cafe. Staff are young but very friendly and hard working. Menu is perfect- whether seeking shelter on a windy winter day after walking the dog on the beach or sitting out in the summer after a walk along the cliff path.
